The newly built spacious apartments can accomodate from 5 to 7 persons. Whereas the 130 sq.metres mezonette can accommodate up to 9 persons. They are situated 20 metres next to the sea and have large bedrooms one bathroom and the bigger ones two bathrooms. The apartments are built in 2009 by a family owned construction company consisted by Civil Engineers and Architects that guarantee both personal care modern aesthetic feel and safe construction. The living quarters of the smaller apartments are 73 m2 whereas the bigger ones 90 m2 with verandas of 15 m2. Looking out from the spacious living-room/kitchen area, you have a fantastic view of the sea. The two bedrooms, each containing double beds (160 cm wide), have spacious cupboards and small verandas. Hot water is provided with a boiler whenever needed and each apartment has its washing machine. The lounge is with a bed sofa. If you are visiting during a cooler period of the year, each apartment has a fire place and independent central heating in order to make your stay more comfortable.

Just twenty metres separate you from the sea. Tavernas, beach bars, fun park for children (10 min walking) and watersports can be found at Corinthos or Loutraki 15 and 25 minutes away respectively by car or taxi
